Why do I keep failing? Why am I not disciplined enough? And these are the questions that traditional weight loss can leave us wondering, getting, stuck in our heads. When it comes to embodied weight loss, it's about getting out of your head and into your body.
We are entering a new paradigm of transformation where we are welcoming in an embodied weight loss [00:01:00] versus the traditional weight loss. . We are entering a new consciousness where we are looking to reframe, the obstacles in our life into a higher vibration where we are not looking to lose anything, but we are now open to finding alignment and embodiment and authenticity.
One of my clients expressed to me that she really was craving more. , she was craving a shift in her life. We're no longer looking at these symptoms of unwanted weight as a problem.
But as a gift. as an invitation. An invitation to discover what parts of us still need love so they're no longer in the background calling out for attention and disrupting our energy traditional weight loss, I feel like has [00:02:00] this essence, of not feeling worthy enough,
traditional weight loss has this pressure to be thin that we either are putting on ourselves or even more likely that society is putting on us. I'm finding with traditional weight loss is that now there's this essence of gaslighting. We now can't just want to release weight.
We have to have a warning or a buffer that this is why I want to release the weight or I don't want to lose weight, I just want to be healthy. So now we have to defend ourselves. from even the act of wanting to release unwanted weight, no matter how it's making us feel, no matter the symptoms,
We are now gaslighting ourselves that, I don't want to look vain if I'm trying to release weight. And these are all added stressors that we do not need. It makes the, traditional weight loss process, unfulfilling, [00:03:00] stressful
when it comes to traditional weight loss, we usually have some sort of outside authority that we are listening to. So we are turning to people outside of ourselves to tell us what to do. How should we eat? How should we exercise? How should we feel? How should we show up? We are giving away our power,
traditional weight loss usually has some kind of restrictive diet or some kind of disordered eating. There's a cycle of gain and loss that can really take a toll on our confidence and start to bring us down to this low level frequency of distrust.
I've heard people say they feel disgusted. Maybe they start to feel hopeless. Is this something I can do? Why do I keep failing? Why am I not disciplined enough? These are the questions that traditional weight loss can leave us with. wondering, [00:04:00] getting, stuck in our heads. But I want to say that when it comes to embodied weight loss, it's about getting out of your head and into your body. I want to focus on what true embodied weight loss means for us.
It's about your desires of feeling comfortable in your own skin, nourishing your body, nourishing your soul, feeling aligned with your true self, aligned with your energy.
It's just a calmness. It's a peace that you feel in your body that you're no longer trying to rectify the difference that you feel in your mind. versus in your body. So many women come to me, and they're done with the, I want to lose the weight in this amount of time.
They're no longer caught up in that cycle. They already understand, they have this deep knowing that there is something more [00:05:00] and they don't want to be told what to do. They don't want strict rules. They don't want to lose as much weight as possible as quickly as possible.
They want to feel embodied. They want to feel the energetic shift and that's something that has eluded them in the past. They might have been fixated obsessed about how they look, their physical appearance. Gaslighting that they could be doing to themselves or that society is doing to them.
That's you should not want to lose weight. You should be happy where you're at. Yes, you absolutely should. Because you're enough right now, but that's not what we're talking about. We're talking about the alignment. We're talking about the embodiment. You can love yourself and still not feel comfortable in your body.
You can have the perfect body and not love yourself and feel embodied. So what we want to do is we want to bring alignment and we want to talk about [00:06:00] what that looks like. So when it comes to embodied. weight loss. One of the biggest shifts that I think about is focusing more on and relying on your inner authority versus the outer authority.
So the outer authority would be me having 23 years of experience and creating a program for you and saying, this is how you need to eat. This is how you need to train. This is what you need to be doing throughout your day. When it comes to strategy, Strategy means nothing without the embodiment.
Strategy means nothing without the confidence, even if I gave you the perfect strategy for you, it's not going to be the same if it's not completely embodied. You Can do someone else's strategy, say off of Instagram or YouTube or like they have a great body.
I'm going to do their strategy and you can do that strategy and you might release the weight [00:07:00] or you might not. But either way, if it is not your strategy, you're not going to feel embodied. You are going to feel a consistent. nagging resistance that you are not being true to yourself. You're not going to have the motivation.
You're going to be searching out motivation. You're going to feel like you're punishing yourself. There's the difference between doing someone else's strategy and getting results versus doing your own strategy and embodying it. Because when you're doing your own strategy, so let's take human design.
What it's going to do is it gives you motivation. And it shows you your unique way of being. How you eat, the way you train, how you rest, and even how you make decisions. So if you are familiar with human design.
If you're a generator, you might need consistent everyday physical activity to feel [00:08:00] good, to get out that extra energy, to be able to sleep so you don't feel stressed, so that you can focus your energy because you have so much energy. Now, this is the case if you are not burnt out, and you haven't been following your strategy, and you're out of alignment.
This only matters if you are in alignment. And so when I'm working with clients, if they're not in alignment, the first thing we want to do is get them back into alignment. If you're listening to this, I believe the last podcast I did launched was all about the three steps that you need to take to get into alignment.
And it's very easy. It's foolproof. And I suggest everyone go watch that if you want to know exactly what that means and how you can get there right now, even if you're so out of alignment and you're burnt out and you're feeling depressed and you're exhausted and you don't know where you're going in your life, this is going to be the easiest one, two, three steps for you to get back there. When it comes to how you eat and train and exercise generator, they might need to be working out every single day and really [00:09:00] pushing themselves just to feel like themselves to feel embodied. A projector, which is another energy type. So human design is all about your energy. you might need more rest.
You might need to be a little bit more aware because you don't have as much energy and you're not going to be as in tune when you overuse your energy. So you have to be a little bit more intentional and learning where you are energetically because you can have energy and then all of a sudden you don't have it.
And sometimes when you all of a sudden don't have it, it already means you went past your threshold. And then you will feel exhausted. And so it would make a lot of sense that someone like a generator and a projector wouldn't have the same training routine.
The way I eat, I've always eaten the same way and it aligns with my [00:10:00] Strategy I eat the exact same meal for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. And I will eat that for a whole season. And then when I feel the inkling, I can try something else. And if it tastes good and I can tell if it's good for me when it tastes good.
And now we're talking more about whole foods, but then I can swap something out and I can eat the same general things every single day. And this is what's going to make me the most healthy. It's going to conserve my energy to not have to reinvent the wheel where other people could be different.
I have one client who she's a very warm eater, so she is going to do her best and have her most energy. She needs to eat warm foods, hot foods. And if she decides to eat something cooler, she wants to incorporate something warm. She can bring in things like having a blanket or a fire or all these other things where she's really focusing on being warm, comfy when she eats.
And there's numerous different ways that your strategy is going to be so unique to you. So [00:11:00] again, the way you eat. The way you move, how much rest you need is going to be unique to you. We each have a unique code and blueprint. And if you are following someone else's strategy, sure. For a short amount of time, you could achieve results, but it's not going to feel like you.
You're not going to be able to relax into it. It's not going to be effortless. Food is not. the only way we get energy. Just as a little side note, bringing in the idea of prosperity, when you are following your passion, when you are in alignment with what you are here to do, your gifts and everything else I talk about, when you are not stressed and you're not feeling resistance.
You can go back to I think it was three podcasts ago about your prosperity and. Getting into alignment and being completely authentic, but everything is [00:12:00] connected. When you are being authentic in all areas of your life, in every single moment, your job, you're doing the things that you are gifted in, you are doing your genius, you are following your excitement and your passion, that is going to give you energy.
The sunlight gives you energy. So the more you are in alignment and you are following your joy, it's going to increase your frequency. And you will notice that you need less food to create more energy. Our bodies, are matter, but they're more energy and they're becoming more and more energy.
The higher your frequency, the more authentic and aligned you are. the less food you need. This isn't a restrictive thing. You will just sense that you need less and so if you are not feeling fulfilled in your life, you will turn more to food , I talk frequently about what's in our true nature versus what's conditioned,
[00:13:00] who we are at our core, our blueprint, our gifts how we're meant to eat, the way we're meant to move, connect with people all of these things are unique to us so if all of this stuff is coded within us, then we want to do our best to align with it.
If we're not aligning with it, where are we getting our direction from, it's conditioned from society. This is the way you should eat. This is the way you should exercise. This is the way you should make decisions. This is the kind of job you should do. So we want to Be able to step back and go, is this conditioned or is this my true nature?
If you're being fulfilled and you are aligning with your true nature versus the conditioning, that is also going to free up that energy. And you will notice you don't need so much from food and you won't turn to food for comfort, which we'll help you from having unwanted weight because you're not eating out of needing nutrition or [00:14:00] to nourish yourself, but you're eating more out of comfort, which isn't always bad.
But if you are living a fulfilled life where you are in alignment, you're going to need less times in your life where you need to turn to food for comfort. And I'm not judging people. If you're at that point, you just want to start to get more in alignment with who you are. This goes back to human design and it giving you a strategy that is unique to your code.
This is how you become embodied, it's the first level, your digestion, your exercise. This is your first level to transformation and it is the most conditioned. Starting to follow your inner authority and what feels good to you, how does it feel good for you to eat? How does it feel good for you to move?
And I find the easiest way The best way to do this is to have that cellular certainty that you can get. So when I help people find their strategies, just seeing it written out in front of you [00:15:00] then taking that in, or taking it on, digesting it,, pun not intended, I don't know if I intended that.
But when it comes to this information, how you digest food is the same way how you digest information, so it makes sense. But using that, and then you can allow, once you tap into starting to listen to your inner authority, and ignoring the out, outwards authority, the people outside of you, and starting to trust yourself, then you'll get that.
inner knowing that cellular certainty because you're like, Oh, this is what always felt right to me. And then you can be so much more solid, so much more sovereign and autonomous and embodied so once you are following a strategy that you can truly embody because it is unique to you, it is going to make you feel more like you.
It's going to make you feel more aligned, which is going to help increase your vibration, increase your [00:16:00] frequency, increase your lightness the other thing that I would say is when you are embodied, again, understanding your path and understanding and identifying the patterns that are preventing you from feeling embodied in the first place.
So one way that I like to use with myself, actually, and my clients is, the Gene Keys. The Gene Keys is how I created the Prosperity Path with my clients. And it allows you to see the shadows So we talk about the gifts and the shadows are basically the lower Frequencies and the gifts are the higher frequencies.
We all have these Different levels to ourselves and the more aligned you are the more authentic you're becoming the higher your frequency The more you start to unlock your gifts I have a shadow of [00:17:00] inadequacy, and that's at my lower frequency, but the more in alignment I am in, The more I know I'm on path, I begin to unlock the resourcefulness and the wisdom. So if you have something like inadequacy, this might be a block that is keeping you from feeling fully embodied. If you can look at everything in your life as this is here for me
Nothing in this world has meaning besides the meaning we give to it.
What we want to do. is see everything that is presented to us as if this was happening for me, what would be the positive out of this?
What if my unwanted weight was really a gift How can this be working out for me? This could be the opportunity. For you to dig deeper and go, what are those parts of myself that still need love?
What are those limiting beliefs, those subconscious hidden [00:18:00] blocks that are keeping me from deep self love, from full embodiment, from unlocking my prosperity to achieving my dream body, but effortlessly where it just is because I'm just so in love with who I am and what I'm doing. And I'm vibrating at this high frequency.
What if my unwanted weight was really a gift, an invitation to understand what that is? What still needs attention that we might be distracting ourselves from, that we might be comforting ourselves from?
You might be home comforting yourself when really you need to realize your magic, your gifts, your genius, what you are meant to create in this world, because we're all here for a very specific reason that only we can unlock, that only we can do. We have our people. That are waiting for us.
If you're playing small, if there's [00:19:00] some part of you that's being held back and it is being disguised as unwanted weight, maybe it's your gift. It's your invitation to have a little more curiosity. And I love using the gene keys this way, because every time I go through them with myself, with a client, with a friend.
It's just so spot on. And I usually use the gene keys for prosperity because I find, I always talk about the connection between health and wealth because they're so closely tied. The gene keys can help you uncover those patterns, those blocks to embodiment, which might be keeping you from your ideal weight
As a reminder, we do not want to gaslight ourselves. If you have the desire to release weight, it is a desire that is okay. It's more than okay. It was placed within you for a reason. It's how are you going about it? Why is it there? What is the positive [00:20:00] reframe that this could be for you? A gift for you.
An invitation. One thing you can do is start to choose foods that feel nourishing. And observe the result of well being afterwards. , you don't have to eat foods that you dislike. You can definitely create a list of foods that you like that you consider healthy. And start there, versus force feeding yourself foods that you don't like because it's likely, if you don't like it, then it's not good for you. One question that might pop up is how do I start to trust myself when I failed so many times before?
A big thing that I do with my clients is I use neurolinguistic reprogramming and we can install their goals like creating a memory, a future memory. And that's really cool. And we also use [00:21:00] tools to help release.
the self doubt. So you can go into your subconscious mind and release the doubt and install self trust. And it really helps to know exactly what strategy aligns with you and have that alignment like you just have that knowing because no longer are you going to be doing someone else's strategy.
And a lot of times half the reason is you're doing someone else's strategy And then the second half of the reason is that you have all these blocks, whether they're emotional, whether they're limiting beliefs, and even limiting beliefs, not even around weight loss, but maybe you have a limiting belief that you have to prove your worth and you have to stress and hustle at your job to feel worthy.
Once you release all that and you realize that the more you're in alignment and the more excited and happy you are, everything starts to just fall into place effortlessly. You don't have that tension. You [00:22:00] have a lot more certainty in your life. Number three, how you can do this is really start to embody your highest self.
To act from a place of your most loving, wise, authentic self. What would your most loving, wise, authentic embodied self do? Just ask yourself and allow the answer to come. Cause a lot of times we are asking, and then we're just going. We're not waiting for the real embodied answer.
And then the other things I would do is you can look into things like human design or gene keys, or even better yet, if you are interested in working with me, I will leave a link below. I have a one on one. It's very intimate, you're going to get the highest level of support you could ever imagine.
And it is so personalized to you. We create your strategy. So the behaviors and the [00:23:00] actions that you. I want to be taking that are aligned with you and then we go in and we release any unresolved negative emotions and help you increase your frequency based on your energetics. We rewire any of the beliefs and thoughts that are blocking.
your success. And then we tap into your true identity. Why are you here? How do you create prosperity? What are your gifts? What are your geniuses? So that you can step into that new identity. Because a lot of times what's keeping us back is we're holding on to past stories. And we want to clear that out and just step into your highest version.
I want to leave you with this final thought. Your desires are valid.
Even if you want to release weight so that you look hot, so you have confidence, so you feel sexy, so you feel desired, so you look younger, [00:24:00] so that you can wear the clothes you want to wear, So that you have a hotter connection with your significant other, maybe so that you can feel more confident. So you can call in.
your divine counterpart, your desires are valid. Do not gaslight yourself.
