Accountability is just another coping mechanism. It is something that we need to be able to make real changes in our life. But I want to talk to you today about how can you move from a place of Leaning on accountability to moving into a frequency of inspired action, because this is what it's going to [00:01:00] take to make real changes in your life that stick, or you no longer are depending on people or things or even habits to Get you to where you want to be, to who you want to become, what you want to create, the body you want to live in.
I wanted to start off with something called SAS. When you want to make a real change, let's say you want to change your body, or maybe you want to instill some new habits, or maybe you want to reach another level in your career, in your finances, maybe you want to get to a place of abundance.
It does still take this thing called SAS, and I'm going to explain how you want to use these three. pieces to get you to where you want to go, but then also move from a place where you no longer need the accountability and you can move into a frequency of inspired action. And I'm going to explain all [00:02:00] this right now.
The first thing is strategy. You want a strategy and we're going to talk a little bit more about getting the body that you desire, your dream body, but you can Use the same steps and I will explain the how you're going to get there for all facets of your life because that is what I'm really here to talk about.
It's not the dream body as in, okay, I'm going to get my abs or I want my butt to be perkier. It's really going to dive in deeper of how you become aligned in all you know, you're going to want something that is clear and aligned with your areas of your life. And so you can use this. So when it comes to strategy, obviously, you're going to want something that is clear and aligned with you,
you want something that is going to align with your aspirations. When we're talking about the physical form, especially when it comes to humans, we want to talk about aligning with your hormones. We want it to be an energetic match to your specific blueprint, [00:03:00] because each one of us It's not just eat this exact diet, do these specific moves, and then you're going to get the results you want.
Again, that is going to make sure that forever you need some sort of accountability because it's not aligned with you. And I'm going to explain, when you find a strategy that is aligned with you, you are no longer Subjected to needing accountability outside of yourself. Number two I'm going to explain why accountability can be and is pivotal to getting to this next level where you no longer need it. So accountability is going to ensure that you follow through and that you can overcome any kind of procrastination or self sabotage that you might be hitting any kind of blocks that you might be hitting until you get to a place where you can create an identity shift.
Then number three is going [00:04:00] to be support. I believe support is the piece of this where it's an ongoing. part that you want to ensure that you have in your life. I believe support is finding people, finding a mentor, finding a coach, finding a tribe, a group, a community that believe in you, that might believe in you during times when you might not believe in yourself.
Strategy is something that you find and you can find it once, something specifically that aligns with you. And this is what I help. My clients do energetically with their beliefs. Accountability is that bridge between finding your aligned perfect strategy and The support that you want to build around you as a human to always have that energy to support you and to believe in you.
That is something that we crave, no matter what in our lives. And so that's not really an [00:05:00] accountability. aspect that is just more of a human experience requirement to sustain and be in our, our highest versions. So why do I say accountability is just another coping mechanism? If you are in a body that you do not feel aligned with, or you're in a career that is not something that feels Like you want to be doing.
You're not feeling motivated. You're feeling maybe forced to do it. Maybe financially, you're not in a place that you want to be like all of these different things. Food can be a coping mechanism for feelings. Drinking can be a coping mechanism. coping mechanism. Drugs can be a coping mechanism. Shopping.
Shopping addiction. Spending more than we have the resources. Even gossip is a coping mechanism. And so all of us know these coping mechanisms as negative, especially if they're having negative effects in your life. So you might [00:06:00] use them to find relief, but they're also having a negative effect in your life that you do not want.
Same thing with accountability, hustle, discipline, even motivation. All of these things are coping mechanisms that we're using to suppress or push a version of ourselves to get to where we want to get to. So let me explain this a little bit in a way that makes sense when it comes to energy, so that you can really understand the energy behind these.
We'll call them just motivations. So when you are doing something that you love to do, whether it is playing video games, or maybe you are someone who loves to dance, or maybe you are someone who loves to redesign your house, anything that you love to do, you don't need accountability.
to do what you enjoy, you might have moments where you don't want to do it. That's a natural ebb and flow. I love to [00:07:00] exercise and dance. I don't always feel like doing it, but if you are in alignment and you are resting and Getting the sleep and eating the things that you need to eat and spending your time with people.
Again, being in alignment, you don't need accountability to do the things you love. Now, if we think about something like discipline, this is definitely an era of discipline. I feel a lot of people talk about, okay, you just have to be disciplined. This is how you get all of the things that you want. But if you sit with the energy of discipline, there's still a feeling of...
Resistance there. Like you are, you're doing it. There's discipline in it, but you don't have to be disciplined to do the things you love necessarily, I'll use video games because a lot of the men in my life like to play video games. They don't need discipline to play video games. I don't need discipline to do the things that I love, like dancing.
you can insert your own thing. We can [00:08:00] even take something like motivation. When you think of motivation, you're almost looking for an energy outside of you to pull you towards the outcome you want. Like you're feeling like you're being pulled to do the actions that you might not want to do for the outcome you want.
So there's still that pulling that is not coming from a place of inspired action and joy. Same thing with the hustle mentality. When I think of hustle mentality, I think of proving your worth. I'm going to hustle. I'm going to put in so much energy, and this can actually be very unhealthy.
You can have ebbs and flows, but in the long run, it is not healthy to be hustling, and you can even feel it again in the energy. So what we want to be able to do to get to a place of not relying on accountability. Again, [00:09:00] yes, it is a part of the three stages, strategy, accountability, and support, but we don't want to depend on that outside source to create, to have our dream body, our dream life, the abundance that we want in our lives.
So we want to remove that resistant energy. And I want to explain exactly how I feel that this can happen. And I want you to see how it can happen for yourself. So if we think of Accountability, inspired action, motivation, all of these things as different energy frequencies, then you can start to understand the energy of these words, these coping mechanisms.
So if we start on the lowest level, so again, if you are listening to me on a podcast. I'm just going to start from the bottom and go up. If you are watching me on YouTube, obviously, you'll be able to see, be able to see me. Let's start off with the energy or [00:10:00] lack there of apathy.
Apathy is one of the lower energy frequencies. So if you are in an energy of apathy, you are not going to have enough energy. To do the things you want to do, to even do the basic functions of everyday life, a lot of the times if someone is in a place of apathy, depression, hopelessness, and I hope none of you guys are there, but sometimes we do get there, and I will explain that you can, You can dip or bounce into these low level frequencies, and it doesn't have to be something that pulls you completely into a downward spiral.
But if you are someone at this apathy level, it might be hard for you to do things like clean your house, or even take a shower. So it take care of yourself, groom yourself. So apathy is a very low level energy where there's not enough energy coming from you to create change in your life. And then if we move it up one more, we get into an energy of fear.
Now there's [00:11:00] more, there's more energy here. People act out of fear all the time, but the energy, the feeling that comes from the energy level of fear is people are acting out of. the fear of repercussions. They're acting out of what might happen outside of them. So it is a very dense energy. And so you're not going to get to a place of inspired action.
because you're actually moving from a place of fear, which is very dense. It's very fearful of repercussions. We move up a little bit more. And now there's more than one way to describe each of these energy levels. I'm doing the one that I feel is most pertinent to either my audience or just makes most sense right now so people can have some aha moments.
So the next one. I would say is craving you have a craving for food, you have a craving for things you have a craving for attention, but the craving we're talking about here is an energy of [00:12:00] desire, but coming from a place of lack.
And these are two different things. So, there's another energy level of desire that's higher up, but this energy level is coming from a place of filling a void. Filling a place of scarcity, not enoughness. This is going to attract, More scarcity, more not enough ness. This is also a place where we tend to strive for instant gratification, that instant dopamine, without the work.
Because here there's not enough energy to put forth. work that needs to take place. So if you're putting, if you have enough energy and you desire something, you are going to have enough energy to put in the ground, the foundational work that's necessary. Here, you're more going for that short term hit.
And the more you do that, the more you get used to that dopamine hit that you get from it. And. the less it has an effect on you. So you're looking for more and more dopamine hits. And this is where a [00:13:00] lot of the food and the drinking and drugs and shopping and gossip, gossip comes from. It can come from this craving of either attention or comfort or feeling of worthiness, but it's also coming from an energy of lack and filling a void.
And so you need more and more and you get less and less from it. So you get diminishing energy and returns. And we want to move up to the energy level of anger. And again, as we go, we're getting a little more energy. So there's more energy and anger. And so for some people, this energy level is a godsend because if you're someone who has spent a lot of time in apathy, fear, or cravings, anger can feel very empowering because there is more energy behind it.
The negative part of moving from this energy level is that you tend to be focused on problems. There's a lot of energy, but it tends to drain you. It's not the reciprocal energy that [00:14:00] when you put towards something, you're going to get that energy back. You're kind of just throwing this energy out where it is not being received well, and you're not getting it back, at least not in a way that is going to be sustainable.
All of these low level energies Also manifest in disease and unwellness because again you are using your life force energy to make things happen in your life and you don't have enough energy then to heal yourself to take care of yourself. Then we're going to move up to frustration and overwhelm.
I feel like this is An energy that a lot of people know pretty well that a lot of people tend to dip back down into some people live in this survival energy. It's also known as. And so again, there's a lot of energy there. There could be a lot of mental energy. There's a lot of wasted energy. There's a lot of doing a lot of action [00:15:00] and there's enough energy to sustain that for a little bit, but there's also a lot of wasted energy because in this energy level, if this is where you're doing a lot of your moving from, you're lacking that vision.
And so you get into this energy of like grinding. And so You're grinding, grinding, grinding. You don't have this vision, and so you're not able to move up because you're wasting so much time on all of the things, whether it is taking on too much, thinking too much. There's just a lot of too muchness and not enough time.
vision direction. And then, so those are all the very low level energies where disease can manifest, where there's a lot of lack, where there's energy that might be going outwards, but you're not getting it back in. And so you're unable to heal, you're unable to create the things you want to create, including your dream body.
And we're going to move into [00:16:00] the little bit higher frequencies. So we go into a place of content. And again, this is an energy where there's not a lot of push or pull. This is a more calm energy, but there's not. A higher frequency and usually there's no push or pull because you're content, so you tend to just stay in this energy, so you're not creating more and a lot of times we're in a place where if you want to again create your dream body, if you're just content with where you're at, there's going to be no energy, there's going to be nothing that really taps into that place of willingness, desire, purpose, all of these other things that is going to happen.
Propel you internally to make those things happen. So we move one more up and we go into the courage, the energy, frequency of courage. And this is when we start to release the low levels, release the contentment, and we start to have enough energy to really make things happen in our lives. This is the [00:17:00] energy where you'll find risk takers, the people who are ready to jump in the people who are investing in themselves that are pushing themselves.
The hard part when it comes to courage and maintaining this energy level is that it is very hard to maintain. It's constantly going outside of your comfort zone. It's pushing your boundaries, which are amazing, but it's hard to maintain. So this tends to be an energy level where we self sabotage to find relief.
Because we're pushing, we're giving our energy, and at some point, mentally, physically, our health breaks. And we self sabotage for relief. Again, maybe falling into the food, drinking, drugs, shopping, gossip. To find that almost lower energy in our bodies to rest and feel a [00:18:00] little bit safer. And then we move into the desire.
This is the more positive high energy desire. This is where we tend to tap into a little bit more discipline, self motivation. You have the energy, you have that innate drive, you have this desire, so there is this more reciprocal energy. You're putting it towards the things that you desire, you want to create, and you've moved past those lower levels that are draining you.
For these higher energy levels, I want you to just, tap into the feeling. How does desire resonate with you?
There's still a part when I really sit and resonate with the energy level of desire, not from a place of lack, this is once you've cleared that out, and now you're moving primarily from desire, there's excitement, there's more energy, but there's still a slight feeling of outside of [00:19:00] yourself,
it's hard for me to necessarily put words to it. It's just an energy. It's a feeling. We go up one more and we go to a place of purpose. And you know, if you get into the realm of self help, of being an entrepreneur, if you are following your passions, you might lean on purpose.
And purpose has this energy of duty. And this can actually be quite incredible, that when you have a duty to others, again, one of the main purposes on earth is one, to be healthy and live a long quality life, two is to evolve. And I think of this as involving our energy. And then three is to serve others.
So if you can get to a place of purpose, and you can fall back on that purpose when you are struggling, when things are hard, when everything might not be turning out the way you desire, that energy of purpose can really pull you through. [00:20:00] But just like that, there's a pull you through piece of it. Now, the other good thing about the energy of purpose, which is way up here, it's at the very top, not the highest, is that there is more of a reciprocal energy.
So when you are moving in purpose, when you are taking action from purpose, and it's innate, There is a reciprocal energy. So you can put out a lot of energy. You can be showing up. Some people might think this is hustle and grind, but honestly, if you're moving from a place of purpose, there is reciprocal energy.
You are getting energized. So I just started meeting with a group of people who are very like minded. who are very in tune with energy and the magic of movement and beliefs and consciousness and really creating change through the love of people. WhEn I'm talking to certain people and we're talking about our purpose and bringing our purpose together, In the spring.
And I leave feeling [00:21:00] like I'm buzzing. I feel like I just had 10 energy drinks and it's actual buzzing. Like my heart is buzzing. My fingers are buzzing. Like I feel. So much energy and that can be really incredible when it comes to purpose.
But again, there's still a little bit of that duty that is involved. So there are moments where you can fall out of that purpose, the highest, energy frequency is love.
And if you are moving from an energy of love, I love to dance. Some people love to play video games. Some people love to create music. Some people love working out. Some people love working one on one with people. If you are moving from a place of love, this is what I call inspired action.
This is a place where you are cultivating, not just reciprocal energy, but exponential energy, where when you are moving from this place, you're moving from a place of self expression, of flow. The more you do it, the more you get, and [00:22:00] not just a little bit, it's exponential. So that is what we want to create.
We want to move from a place of accountability, which again, would be some of those lower level energies and we want to get to a place where we are moving from a place of inspired action and love more times than not.
So as you can see, as we move up the energy scale, we are increasing our energy. We're increasing our life force energy. We are increasing our power. And so that is the main reason why. We don't want to get to a place where we're always leaning on accountability. So it's so important to first of all, get a strategy that aligns with you, because if your strategy is not aligned with you, you are always going to be falling back on accountability, motivation, discipline, and hustle.
And in these areas, they are going to pull energy from us. And we want to get to a place where we are [00:23:00] exponentially increasing that energy. So how do we do this? How do we move from a place of depending on accountability?
So number one, you want to sit with this information and figure out and feel what frequency am I moving from most of the time. And again, it can move up and down. Number two, you want to be able to remove these low level energies. This is how you are going to be able to make more meaningful, sustainable shifts.
So releasing those low level energies so that you are consistently moving from high frequency energy. This is something that you can actually do. I do this with my clients in the DreamBody alchemy method. And number three, It's not just the energy you're in. Once you release those low level energies, then you want to figure out how do I get to a place where I can shift and decode my [00:24:00] core beliefs, my core identity that moves me from a place of courage.
Or desire where I can spend more of my time in purpose and love and inspired action. And I find that these, because these are high frequency energies, they're not low level energies that they're coming from. They tend to just be from limiting beliefs and even limiting identity. And in a future podcast episode, I will explain that a little bit more.
So these are the three things that you want to do. Now, again, this is something that I do with my clients, and I wanted to explain how this energy, how these emotions show up and can sabotage us. We don't want to be moving from a place of accountability forever. We want to get the right strategy aligned with you, get the accountability so that you can release all of these Low level energies, beliefs, identity, all the things that are keeping us in these lower level energies so that we can move from high [00:25:00] frequency inspired action, and then really just focus on finding people to support us.
