Welcome everybody to DreamBody Alchemy. This is episode number five. I'm thrilled to have you joining me today. Today we are going to be talking about mindset alchemy specifically and how we can nurture a lasting transformation. So we're going to be [00:01:00] diving in deep and talking a little bit more about really how your transformational growth comes through mindset alchemy because it means a lot more than having aspirational quotes and having a good attitude. We want to dive in deeper into the science, into the spirituality of it, into what are some of the takeaways. So I want to talk about five steps that I take my clients through to make sure they have a lasting transformation. We want to nurture this transformation and we want to make sure that it is a transformation at the depths of your soul.
That is what we are wanting to create. And so what I believe a mindset alchemy really entails is [00:02:00] One, ensuring that you are following an authentic path to youth, embracing your uniqueness is number one. Number two, elevating your consciousness and your awareness. Number three, something I call the ROI method, and this goes into the actual three steps it takes to rewire, reprogram those beliefs, self sabotaging patterns, negative thoughts.
Then number four, we're going to talk about redefining discipline and how we can make this a part of self loving process and then number five we're just going to Recap everything and talk about the self and what that really means because for me this process of Mindset alchemy is about empowerment And [00:03:00] self actualization Because it's all about Shifting your identity because when you shift your identity, it changes your mindset.
It changes your emotions. It changes your actions and your behaviors. So it all stems from your identity. And so let's dive into this because I want you to get a really good idea of what this is going to take. Number one, is your authentic path and embracing your own uniqueness.
If we are setting off on this journey to change our mindset, to transform, whether it's our bodies or it is our career or just our experience in life, if we are going down the wrong path. And we are trying to follow someone else's journey, what other people think we should be doing that maybe [00:04:00] we've taken on as our own goals that things that we feel like we should be doing.
It doesn't really matter if you do all of these other things, because you're always going to have resistance, you're always going to have an internal conflict. You're always going to have some sort of self sabotage because the real you is there trying to break through. that is where the resistance is coming from.
There is a part of you that is not being seen, that is not being expressed. And so I would say, the first and foremost, when you want to alchemize your mindset, you want to have this lasting transformation. Whatever part of your life this is, you want to start with your authentic path, embracing your uniqueness, once you do all this deep work, you find that fulfillment in your life.
Some of the challenges we might face during this process is [00:05:00] that A lot of us have been playing this part for so long. We've had this mindset for so long that we have fit ourselves into this small little box we have. limited our ideas of what we can do and who we are. And this is constantly being supported, maybe unintentionally, by the people around us.
So you might feel like I have all these things I want to accomplish, whether it is creating this dream body and just like feeling really, really hot and so good in your, in your body, or maybe it is completely changing your career and stepping out as a leader in a capacity that maybe the people around you wouldn't recognize.
I know I had this fear myself too, I've always been [00:06:00] the fitness person. Or maybe someone else's, I've always taken this role on. And so there can be a part of you that is fearful to take that next step. I want you to think about is there something in your soul that is calling you, something deeper, a purpose, a calling, something that seems bigger than yourself, because your authentic path this could be a job, this could be some physical goals, this could be travel, this could be getting up and like completely moving, to a different country, I don't want to limit this to physical, changes,
I know this is the Dream Body Alchemy podcast, but Dream Body Alchemy really is standing for your body alchemizing because everything in your life is in alignment and you're transmuting the things, those shadows, those things of lack, whether they're belief, whether it's [00:07:00] energy, whether it's purpose, and you're transmuting it into the dream and making your dreams a reality.
If you feel this deep purpose, but there's a part of you that says, my friends, my family, people on Facebook, people who have seen me before, I am taking on this role. Well, guess what? You've been playing too small. And when you uncover what your authentic path is, then it is time to step into that version.
But that can be really hard if you're worried about what other people are thinking and feeling, we have to not worry about that and step into our next evolution, our next stage, our next level, we are not meant to be the same. And if the people around us are staying the same, then sometimes we have to leave them behind.
And that's only natural. So that takes us into step two, which is [00:08:00] elevating our consciousness. You need to elevate your consciousness to help you shift that identity. So once you have embraced this path, this uniqueness of yourself that you know is going to be where your fulfillment lies, the next step is you need to increase your consciousness because this is going to profoundly shift your sense of self, your sense of purpose.
It is going to change how you experience the world. This is going to be the catalyst for lasting change. So what does elevating your consciousness mean? This is the same thing that I've spoke about over and over again. Increasing your consciousness is also increasing your energy. It's increasing your emotions.
It's increasing your thoughts, your conversations, how you spend your time, the environment that is surrounding you. All of these different things are based in. Energy that we can [00:09:00] measure and as you increase it, so does your consciousness or your self perception and how you see the world, how you experience the world.
If you change everything around you and you change the people you're around, let's say we bring it back to money if you're around millionaires and billionaires They're not going to like give a second thought if you say you're going to start your own business Or if you're around a bunch of let's say bodybuilders, they're not going to Hoopoo your idea to, do a bikini competition.
This could be anything for you though. If you increase your energy or your consciousness, you are going to be playing at a different frequency
more things become possible as you increase your energy, as you increase your consciousness, and this will help you shift your identity. And once you begin to shift your identity, the really cool thing that happens is that there's a part of us, the ego, which doesn't [00:10:00] like to be a hypocrite. And so once you start to make these Elevations in energy and consciousness.
This becomes a permanent shift because your ego doesn't want to be a hypocrite. And so it will do what it needs to do to support you. in this new change. Number three is where we're going to talk a little bit more about my specific methodology that I created called the ROI method. So these first couple things, I have a very specific way that I work with my clients to help them with each of these steps.
Number three is something that I created myself called the ROI, which is releasing limiting beliefs. The O is for omnipresence, and the I is for installing empowering beliefs. So what this is going to do is One, you want to be able to [00:11:00] release any beliefs that are sabotaging you, that are holding you back, that are not supporting your goals, your bigger dreams.
These are the beliefs, they can be conscious or subconscious, that are programmed into your mind. And we can Go into there at a subconscious level and release them. And this is where I always like to preface that this is not just a mindset thing. The way I do this with my clients is through neuro linguistic programming, our.
emotions and our beliefs and all of the information that we hold is not being held in our mind. It's actually being held in our body in the DNA. So we want to use a process where you go in and you release all of the beliefs that are no longer serving you, that are limiting you, that are sabotaging you.
Because even if You go in and you have this new [00:12:00] path and you elevate your energy. There might be parts of you that are not sure there might be a part of you that thinks, yes, this is my new goal. I'm 100%. But then you'll notice these other little pieces creeping in. And so you want to just kind of go in there and release those.
Omni presence in the ROI method is being present. It is. The ability to let go of the past, thoughts of the past, let go of the worries and thoughts of the future, and practicing being present. This is awareness without thoughts. This is where you find that peace of mind. To allow more consciousness in, to allow yourself to just be present, to take a breath.
I know a lot of us are so caught up in [00:13:00] what we're doing in our next moments, what we have to get done tomorrow, what we have to get done today, what are we going to do in the next year. And some of us are caught up in low level energies of the past, of regret. Sadness. Of loss. So Omnipresence, and this is something that I am learning with Eckhart Tolle.
A spiritual leader. I have decided to become a teacher of presence because I felt like this was so important in my life because I was very much run by the thoughts of my past and feeling that I really missed out on my youth and my childhood. I get to relive that with my own son because he is incredible and, he's doing all of the things that I wish I would have been able to do, but I get to be there as this guide.
I get to be this version of me that I wish I had in my life when I was growing up. He probably doesn't want it as [00:14:00] much, but I am full force there teaching him my ways.
I know so many women, especially highly successful women, women who are getting a lot done, they can be drained by worries of the future and I think that's a very normal thing right now. We want to learn to take those moments, because some people don't even know how to be present, how to have awareness without thoughts, because all thoughts are derived from either the past or the future.
So you want to be able to come into a presence where you just practice being omnipresent. Just moments where, you're aware of the things around you, but you're not grasping onto the thoughts. You're just letting things pass. It is so good for your overall health and well being. And then the last piece of the ROI is install.
And so this [00:15:00] is where you can install empowering, supportive, positive beliefs. What are the beliefs that you would need to have to reach your goals, to trust, to be able to let go of stress? Worry fear guilt comparison. You wanna be able to then install those things that are going to support you on your journey.
Then number four is going to be discipline, and I've redefined discipline as. Manifesting as self love, self care, and self awareness. Because this is what I truly believe discipline is. When you are in a place of fully self loving yourself, like, really, like, understanding, Like we talked about in the first step, [00:16:00] who are you authentically, your uniqueness, your shadows, your gifts, your quirks, your path, your larger than lifeness, your shyness, whatever those are, being able to love those, being able to Be aware. Of the actions you're taking and how it's affecting you. Where are those actions coming from? Are they coming from a place of self love? Are they coming from a shadow version of you? Are they coming from a belief? Now some of these steps obviously are interchangeable. You don't just go through them and then you're done.
You can kind of go back and forth. But we want to put them in some kind of order. So you can kind of see how I would start to piece these things together. And then self care is taking the steps to care for yourself physically, mentally, [00:17:00] emotionally, energetically, and spiritually. Because I think they're all important.
So discipline is really an act of self love, self care, and self awareness. And so once you really know who you are and you accept that, then you can have that discipline at all of these levels. Because that's the whole point. We want to benefit all these levels. We don't want to go, oh I'm going to
eat. Way too much junk until I'm sick because I don't want to deprive myself at some level. Yes, eating some junk and just relaxing and not caring can be an act of self love, but at another level, when it's starting to affect your energy, your self perception, your physical health. Your physical health, [00:18:00] even though we're talking about mindset alchemy, your physical health is still foundational.
You want to make sure that you're physically healthy, eating healthy, moving. Doing the stuff that you need to for your energy. Aligning with your cycle and your female hormones to make sure you're not triggering excess stress and cortisol. The number one killer in women. You want to come to a place where your self discipline and your actions create harmony in your life.
And one thing isn't negatively affecting another thing. That can take some practice. So, the last piece that I want to talk about is the self. So we bring this all together, we've talked about understanding your authentic path and embracing your uniqueness. Because if you're [00:19:00] not being yourself, then your mindset, alchemy, all of that is not going to be a permanent shift because , your authentic self, your soul, your inner compass is always going to be there resisting the actions that you're taking in your life.
The thoughts that you're having, if you're forcing yourself to do and be a certain way, there's going to be resistance. If you are feeling resistance in your life, if you're feeling stress, that is a sign that you are out of alignment. Two, we talked about elevating your consciousness and your energy. So once you know who you are, your path, you're really accepting it.
You want to be able to increase your consciousness, increase your energy so that you can have a completely different perspective and experience of the world. This is going to allow you to shift your identity permanently. Number three, the ROI [00:20:00] method. So that's how we specifically go in. And reprogram your beliefs and your thoughts.
So if your mind is a little chaotic, if it's always worrying about the future or ruminating over the past you need the ROI method because this is going to reprogram. All of the things that are self sabotaging you, and again, keeping you feeling maybe either stressed out, maybe burnt out, maybe not feeling quite good enough.
And then four is that self love, self care, self awareness, also known as the discipline. The discipline to
take the actions. That are in line with your best interest. Your best interest. Not your best friend's best interest. Not your hubby's best interest. Not even your [00:21:00] kid's best interest. We are talking solely about you in this moment. And it all comes back to self. Who are you? Who are you at a conscious level or a subconscious level?
Because we want those two things. To be one. We want to understand who we present to the world and who we are underneath the surface and have that alignment.
